为什么跟进开发信一定不要用 I Haven’t Heard From You？

发送跟进邮件对外贸业务员来说是最正常不过的事情了，但你是否会用下面这些表述作为开场白呢？你知道收件人看到这样的描述后心里是怎么想的吗？

 

Haven’t heard from you.

I just left you a voicemail as a follow up to my message yesterday.

I have been trying to reach you.

I just wanted to make sure you got this email (copied below) from earlier and didn’t miss out.

Hope you got my second voicemail.

It’s been challenging to reach you.

I’m sure you have lots going on. I have not heard back from you …

其实这些表达会让对方感到内疚。在开发信中让对方产生内疚感是一个巨大的错误，因为你不应该让一个对你没有任何义务的人内疚。大家一定不要觉得你花时间和精力写了几封邮件给对方，对方似乎欠你什么。

另外，在电子邮件或语音邮件中使用 “Haven’t heard from you”通常是有点不礼貌的。

当你想给你的潜在客户提供一个礼貌而温和的暗示时，首先要做的是，在再次联系他们之前先等待5到10个工作日。

因为他们可能真的很忙，这个等待的时间可以让对方主动回复你，这总是比你发跟进邮件要好太多，另外这也避免了让你看起来很着急。
